Panakam – Tradition in a Bottle

Panakam – Tradition in a Bottle was founded by Chinmaya Arjun Raja to identify, document and encourage families to make their traditional homemade food products with natural ingredients unique to different communities and traditions in South India. The products are handmade by selected families who continue to follow recipes passed down through generations by using fresh local produce and ingredients. The products are all 100 % natural and traditional, free from any sort of preservatives and added colours. The Panakam project celebrates the diverse gastronomic traditions of India.
