Usage Instructions:
This Lime pickle goes well with a diverse range of cuisines – Have it with any South Indian rice dishes or tiffin items like Idly, Dosa, Upma etc; with Paratha, Chapathi & other North Indian Breads. The Lime Pickle can be mixed with any mashed vegetables for a tangy flavour. Example – Mix it with mashed Potato for a great filling in Aloo Paratha. Cut the pickled lime in to small pieces and mix it with Curd/Yogurt for a tangy dip or sauce. Make a paste of this Pickle to be used with various preparations, both Indian and any world Cuisine.
Storage & Precautions:
Please Refrigerate this pickle at all times – both before and after opening the Jar/Bottle. This is a difficult pickle to process as we do not use any sort of preservatives. It needs compulsory Refrigeration.
Always use a clean and completely dry spoon. Consume pickles in moderation.

Lime pickle is a popular and flavourful accompaniment to various Indian dishes, particularly curd (yoghurt) rice. Limes grown near Rajapalayam, Tamil Nadu, are used to make this pickle with a recipe traditional to the Telugu-speaking Raju families of Rajapalayam. This Pickle is part of the Generic Pickle offerings from Panakam-Tradition in a Bottle.
Limes are used to accentuate the flavours of various foods and beverages in cuisines all over India. They are a rich source of nutrients, vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and flavonoids.
To prepare this pickle, limes are first cut, sun-dried and mixed with its juice, spices and oil. The result is a naturally pure, authentic and healthy pickle with a fine balance of spices, salt, sweet and acidity.
Ingredients:
Lime, Cold Pressed Gingelly Oil, Red Chilly, Turmeric, Fenugreek, Asafoetida, Salt, Condiments and a lot of sunshine
Contains no added preservatives, taste enhancers, colours or flavours.
No Vinegar or Acetic Acid used in any of our pickles.
Expiry: 12 months from the date of packaging under ideal storage conditions.
