Cancellation, Returns & Refunds Policy



CANCELLATION


  1. Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order as long as your order has not been processed.

  2. If the order has already been shipped, it will not be possible to cancel the order.

  3. Please get in touch with Customer care by email or sms as soon as possible for order cancellation with your order reference number. We shall refund any payment already made by the customer for the order as credits which can be used for shopping at a later time.

  4. If the customer wishes to get the payment reversed instead of credits, the refund for the same will be made in the same method that the payment is received, within 7 - 14 working days from the date of cancellation of order through our payment gateway. Due to unforeseen reasons, if it is not possible to get the payment reversed through our payment gateway, we shall issue a cheque of the amount in favour of the Customer and such refund shall be fulfilled in 10 working days.

  5. Panakam-Tradition in a Bottle shall not be liable for any delay or non-delivery due to unforeseen reasons like natural calamities, riots, strikes, wars, acts of God, or any cause that is beyond the control of Panakam-Tradition in a Bottle.



RETURNS & REFUNDS


  1. Orders once placed & processed through www.panakam.com may not be cancelled or refunded.

  2. Approximate Delivery Time is 5 - 15 working days to deliver the Food products to the Customer depending on the category of products as mentioned in Point 6 of the Shipping & Delivery Policy. In the event of any unforeseen delay or default in such delivery, Panakam-Tradition in a Bottle shall in no event or circumstances be held liable or responsible for the same.

  3. If you think you have received the food items in an unsatisfactory condition or if the packaging is damaged before delivery, please email us with your Order Reference number & photographs of the package/product within 24 hours of the package being delivered to you/your address. We will share the same with our logistics partner. Panakam-Tradition in a Bottle shall initiate investigations and shall make efforts to complete the same within a period of ten days from the date of such commencement. The decision of Panakam-Tradition in a Bottle on completion of such investigation shall be final, binding and conclusive on the Customer and the customer shall not dispute the same.

  4. We pack all the products with utmost care to ensure no breakages and leakages. We have a track record of zero complaints on quality of all the products. If the concern is regarding the taste and quality of the food product, we will refer the issue to the concerned food artisan family and make suitable efforts to help resolve the complaint.

  5. Refund/Replacement requests will be considered only if the request is made to our customer care by email/sms within 24 hours of receiving delivery of the food product.

  6. There will be no refund if the taste of the product is not to the customer’s liking or if the customer personally feels it is not good enough as long as the product is within expiry date.

  7. For product replacements, the customer will be shipped a new packet of the same product. In case the same product is not available, an equivalent product will be shipped after discussion with the customer.

  8. We will usually process refunds within 2-3 business days after a refund request is approved. The decision is then passed on to our Payment Gateway partner, and it will take them 7-14 business days to process the refund.
