Mango & Mustard masala Pickle called Avalu Pachhadi Bhadhalu in Telugu is a popular fresh mango pickle made in some Andhra homes during the beginning of the summer mango season. Freshly cut small pieces of mangoes are mixed with finely ground Mustard and other spices, oil and other ingredients. This tangy & spicy pickle is a good accompaniment to many South Indian tiffins and rice preparations as well as North Indian dishes. Ingredients:
Finely cut Mangoes from Andhra Pradesh, Cold Pressed Gingelly Oil, Mustard, Red Chilly, Turmeric, Asafoetida, Salt and Condiments.
Contains no added preservatives, taste enhancers, colours or flavours.
No Vinegar or Acetic Acid used in any of our pickles.
Mango Varietal used:
The Mango variety called Collector Kaya in Telugu also known as Totapuri/Ginimoothi/Bangalora/Kili mooku in other parts of South India is used for this Fresh Mango & Mustard Pickle.

Usage Instructions:
This Fresh Mango & Mustard Pickle is a versatile pickle with a lot of interesting usages. It can be had with any South Indian and North Indian Rice preparations and with North Indian Breads. It can be mixed with Curd Rice for a tangy and spicy Curd Rice dish. Mix with Rasam, Sambar or any such preparation to give a Fresh mango and mustard flavor to the dish for those who love this combination. Mix with any soup or sauce for the Fresh mango and mustard flavour. It can also be mixed with Dips and Chutneys for the fresh Mango & Mustard flavour. You can think of various such combinations!
Storage & Precautions:
Please Refrigerate this pickle at all times – both before and after opening the Jar/Bottle. This is not a sun-dried pickle and we do not use any sort of preservatives. It needs compulsory Refrigeration.
Always use a clean and completely dry spoon. Consume pickles in moderation.
