Fresh Mango Pickle is a spicy and tangy pickle made with freshly cut small pieces of mangoes mixed with fine spices, oil and other ingredients. It is a versatile accompaniment to many South Indian tiffin and rice preparations as well as North Indian dishes. Ingredients:
Finely cut Estate grown Mangoes from Rajapalayam , Cold Pressed Gingelly Oil, Red Chilly, Mustard, Turmeric, Fenugreek, Asafoetida, Salt and Condiments.
Contains no added preservatives, taste enhancers, colours or flavours.
No Vinegar or Acetic Acid used in any of our pickles.
Mango Varietal used:
The popular Mango variety Kili Mooku (Tamil) also known as Totapuri/Ginimoothi/Collector/ Bangalora in other parts of South India is used for this Fresh Mango Pickle. It is also called as Aaramunji Mango in Rajapalayam. The Family Mango Orchards is near the foothills of the Western Ghat mountain range near Rajapalayam.

Usage Instructions:
This Fresh Mango Pickle is a versatile pickle with a lot of interesting usages. It can be had with any South Indian and North Indian Rice preparations and with North Indian Breads. It can be mixed with Curd Rice for a tangy and spicy Curd Rice dish. Mix with Rasam, Sambar or any such preparation to give a Fresh mango flavor to the dish. Mix with any soup or sauce for the Fresh mango flavor. It can be mixed with the Spicy Water or Pani used as a filling for Pani Puri’s and other Chat items. It can also be mixed with Dips and Chutneys for the fresh mango flavor. You can think of various such combinations!
Storage & Precautions:
Please Refrigerate this pickle at all times – both before and after opening the Jar/Bottle. This is not a sun-dried pickle and we do not use any sort of preservatives. It needs compulsory Refrigeration.
Always use a clean and completely dry spoon. Consume pickles in moderation.
